Sadat Zakari Abugbila is a qualitative research associate with SIGA Consult, where he supports organisations with data collection and analysis and helps public and private entities strengthen their monitoring and evaluation. He holds an MPhil in Development Management and Governance from the SDD University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS), Wa, and a First-Class BSc in Development Management and Planning from the University for Development Studies, Tamale.
Beyond his work at SIGA, Sadat has extensive consultancy experience with international organisations including GIZ, UNDP, UNICEF, USAID and the World Bank — leading the development of project charters, managing M&E frameworks and conducting qualitative and quantitative research across sectors such as climate innovation, sanitation and social cohesion. As a health researcher and M&E specialist, he has contributed to critical research on public-health systems, HIV/AIDS and community health interventions in low- and middle-income countries.
